please note that there are no repeated colours in the hidden combination. Enter to check. after the first line you can drag the colours down to where you want them next.
I can get it in 4 goes almost always ... there is a knack to it
For anyone who doesn't know, you are trying to guess a four colour combination in order. You are awarded marks for how good your guess is: a red = one of the colours is in the correct spot, a white = a correct colour in an incorrect spot, a black = a colour that is not part of the combination. The marks are randomly placed in the bar along the right.
Nice implementation, but the colours are a little too muted - I had a bit of a hard time figuring out the colours.
The main reason I'm commenting though, is I think it's buggy. I was playing it and I got 3 red marks and a white mark. As far as I can tell, if you get 3 in the right spot, the 4th also has to be in the right spot. Here's a screenshot: [link]

I figured it out now that you commented saying there were no repeated colours. I don't think the way you've marked it is really right, if you made it work with repeated colours then everything would turn out right I think.
Other than getting confused I reckon this is pretty good I dunno what `summaro is on about, the colours are easily distinguishable on my screen

ahh, well, that's because it assumes that your guess has four different colours in it because it has already told you that there are four different colours in the hidden combination... i wont go into the technicalities but it is doing exactly what i intended the program to do.

It should be a black to indicate that one of the colours is wrong.
